Hi, I’m Eleonore, the founder & creative director of VITAMIN COLOR. My greatest joy is feeding everyone around me — deep down, I’m already that grandma who never lets anyone leave hungry.

I’m a self-taught chef, raised in Paris in a family where food was central — not just in what we ate, but in how it was prepared, shared, and celebrated. For me, food has always been a way to express generosity, spark joy, and bring people together.

Long before I launched Vitamin Color, I was the one gathering friends and strangers around the table. What always struck me was how often guests were surprised by how much they enjoyed vegetables when I cooked them. That reaction stayed with me — and became the foundation of the company I’m building today.

My mission is simple: to make people fall in love with vegetables. Not through facts or studies, but through flavor, emotion, and visceral, sensory experience.

My food is inspired by my Parisian roots, my connection to the Mediterranean, and my adventures in New York. It’s flavor-forward, vegetable-heavy, and always loaded with love.
