A Dinner in Three Acts

Created for Art Biesenthal, (T)ART takes place on Saturday, August 22 and explores the tart as a creative medium rather than a single recipe. Inspired by the endless possibilities contained within one simple form, the evening reimagines the tart through a series of playful encounters that invite you to curate it, flip it and finally create it yourself.

The evening unfolds in three acts. You'll begin by selecting seasonal tartlets from an edible exhibition, continue with an upside-down interpretation of the classic tarte Tatin, and end by composing your own fruit tart from a vibrant selection of seasonal ingredients.

Throughout the evening, one familiar form is continuously reimagined, transforming the tart into an exhibition, a shared ritual and a hands-on creative experience.
