Following editions in Berlin and Vienna, The Ever-Changing Table - a collaborative dinner series by Vitamin Color and Inspired Gathering - returns for its third chapter, this time surrounded by the lush landscape of Art Biesenthal.

Each edition of the series begins with a place. The first responded to architecture, the second to an active construction site. Created especially for Art Biesenthal, this new edition asks a simple question: What if nature were the architect?

Your evening begins with an aperitif among the trees before you gather around a mirrored table that reflects the forest canopy until it almost disappears. Throughout the dinner, leaves replace porcelain, vegetables become sculptural centerpieces and the surrounding landscape becomes part of the table itself.

Across a seasonal multi-course menu, you'll experience a dinner where nature shapes not only the ingredients, but the setting, the table and the rhythm of the evening.
