The White Garden

A sculptural edible installation for H&M Home celebrating their holiday collection through the beauty of winter vegetables.

For the launch of H&M Home’s holiday collection, Vitamin Color created the Festive White Vege-Table Garden - a monochrome installation transforming seasonal vegetables into a winter garden of form, texture, and light.

Inspired by H&M Home’s clean aesthetic and focus on timeless design, the table was conceived as a white vegetable sculpture garden: a poetic reinterpretation of festive abundance. The display featured a White Radish Sculpture Garden, Celeriac & Cauliflower Checkerboard, White & Pearl Onion Tower, Chicory Ball, and Pomegranate & Pattypan Squash Ornaments - a living still life that blurred the boundary between nature and design.

Guests explored the table with curiosity and delight, drawn to the unexpected beauty of raw vegetables - some even peeking beneath them to check for price tags, mistaking them for decor objects. More than 550 edible bites were served, celebrating vegetables not as mere ingredients, but as objects of elegance, humor, and desire.
